CRO Lead, DTC Funnels & Shopify (Remote)

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across the site, landing pages, and paid funnels. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship the winners while reporting weekly on CRO KPIs.
The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of CRO experience with Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems experience, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor. This is a fully remote, full-time role.
