As a Host Advisor with Hexedes Group, you will guide clients through each relocation stage. You will advise on paperwork, visas, housing, work, healthcare, and education. The role combines organization, empathy, and problem solving while coordinating timelines with a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Support clients through every relocation program stage
Guide clients on paperwork, visas, housing, and work
Explain healthcare and education considerations
Manage project timelines and phases with the Project Manager
Remain a reliable contact in each dedicated client group
Requirements:

Based in Canada with solid local area knowledge
Fluent in Italian and English
French language skills are a plus
Experience in relocation, real estate, immigration, or client services
Strong organization, empathy, and problem solving
Bring local knowledge, multilingual communication, and organized client guidance to Hexedes Group relocation projects across Canada.
