Toronto Summer Camp Director

Lead Laurus Summer Camp at Rosedale Day School in Downtown Toronto using strong leadership, organization, and child-focused programming skills.
This full-time, fixed-term Camp Director contract covers March Break 2027, with possible continuation into Summer 2027. You will oversee camp operations, support staff, and maintain consistent educational and recreational programming. The position also emphasizes parent relations, health and safety, and collaboration with Laurus leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and smooth camp functioning
Lead, supervise, mentor, and support camp staff
Monitor camper engagement, participation, and well-being
Serve as primary contact for parents and families
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Experience in camp, education, or youth programming
Leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Understanding of child development and group management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Full March Break availability and mandatory training participation
Bring leadership, communication, and programming expertise to establish Laurus Summer Camp in Toronto for children and families.
