Payroll and full-cycle bookkeeping are central to this permanent Accounting Technician position in Downtown Montreal. Work remotely one day weekly while supporting a growing SME.
Fed Finance is recruiting for a purchasing and supply chain company seeking an Accounting Technician. The role combines accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll for approximately ten employees, and financial record maintenance. It also includes management reporting, document and contract administration, occasional compliance support, and basic marketing or business operations initiatives. Resourcefulness and willingness to learn new responsibilities are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for approximately ten employees
Keep payroll records accurate and up to date
Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
Prepare invoices and follow up outstanding accounts
Support document management, contracts, and compliance tasks
Requirements:
Bookkeeping, accounting, or similar role experience
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledge of payroll processing
Organizational strength and careful attention to detail
Positive attitude and resourcefulness
Use payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative skills to support accurate records and daily operations in Downtown Montreal.
