Work closely with advisors to deliver services, support business relationships, and address immediate member and client needs. This role requires interpersonal savvy, customer service, financial document understanding, and knowledge of Desjardins products. You will tailor recommendations to client needs, support sales development, and follow organizational standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle client requests, research needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
Help colleagues manage agendas and emails
Recommend tools and channels matching client independence preferences
Create offers for routine transactions and support product sales
Participate in business development and sales initiatives
Requirements:

Attestation of Collegial Studies
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French and financial asset management documents
Knowledge of products, procedures, compliance, and financial services systems
Apply financial services expertise, effective communication, and customer focus to support Desjardins members, clients, and advisors.
