Digital Marketing Social Media Specialist

Shape digital content for DependableIT Group Inc. across the Greater Toronto Area in a hybrid role focused on social media and communications.
This full-time, permanent specialist manages content across DependableIT, Malar Group, and affiliated businesses. The work combines social media management, graphic and video creation, website updates, and corporate communications. You will also track performance, apply basic SEO, and use AI tools responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
Create graphics, videos, reels, posts, and promotional content
Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
Update websites and apply basic SEO practices
Prepare reports covering engagement, traffic, and campaign performance
Requirements:
One to three years of relevant digital marketing experience
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram
Experience creating written content, graphics, and short-form videos
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
Bring social media, content creation, website, and reporting skills to DependableIT’s multi-brand communications work in the GTA.
