Provide commercial insurance advice with Armour Insurance in Lethbridge, working hybrid while using Applied Systems Epic. Clear communication and client relationships are central.
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will support commercial clients through timely policy and coverage communication. You will collaborate with a team of brokers while maintaining client service standards, account documentation, receivables, and system workflows. The role requires commercial insurance experience and an Alberta licence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional insurance advice to commercial clients
Communicate clearly and promptly about policies and coverages
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate within a team of brokers
Use Applied Systems Epic for insurance processes
Requirements:
Hold a Level 2 Alberta Insurance Licence or above
Bring one year of commercial insurance broker experience
Maintain client service and internal account protocols
Document files and manage broker system workflows
Use insurance company portals proficiently, beneficially
Apply commercial insurance expertise, client communication, and Epic experience to support Armour clients from Lethbridge.
