Shape internal communications at Altasciences through strategic announcements, employee engagement initiatives, and bilingual content across digital channels and events. Work onsite approximately 20%.
As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will support strategies and plans that promote organizational culture and employee engagement. You will create communications for program launches and special projects, while managing intranet, digital signage, newsletters, and content calendars. The role combines writing, editing, visual design, video production, translation, and performance tracking. It also supports virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop communications for announcements, launches, and special projects
Create visuals and videos for communication campaigns
Update SharePoint intranet and digital signage platforms
Coordinate quarterly employee newsletters and content calendars
Track channel metrics and support communications improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
Minimum three years' communications experience, ideally internal communications
Excellent written and verbal French and English
Proficiency in MS365 and SharePoint portal management
Graphic design and video editing software knowledge
