Supply Chain Coordinator Calgary

Manage purchase orders and inventory requirements as a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Coordinator in downtown Calgary with Element Technical Services.
This Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Senior Procurement Specialist. The position requires logistics, purchasing, or supply chain experience, strong communication, and close attention to detail. You will coordinate freight forwarders and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate vendor data
Coordinate demand planning and inventory requirements cross-functionally
Manage shipments through third-party freight forwarders
Support month-end inventory reconciliation processes
Audit Bills of Lading and assist with inventory management
Requirements:
Three or more years in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of minimal supervision
Supply Chain Management diploma or degree considered an asset
Bring organized purchasing, freight coordination, and inventory skills to Element Technical Services in downtown Calgary.
