Manufacturing Shift Supervisor Armtec

Lead Armtec’s production team as a Shift Supervisor, using manufacturing leadership and problem-solving skills during Monday-to-Friday daytime hours.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily plant operations and support safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing. The role emphasizes coaching, communication, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of HDPE manufacturing processes is an asset, alongside transferable manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer needs safely
Coach and develop employees in production and safety practices
Monitor equipment performance and product quality
Complete accurate daily production reports on time
Uphold company health and safety requirements
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Related trade or technical education considered an asset
