Technology operations professionals can manage IT assets at TJX Canada’s Mississauga Home Office, supporting accurate inventory and hardware lifecycles.
As a Tech Ops Analyst II, you will support technology deployments across new stores, remodels, strategic projects, and daily operations. The work combines hardware ordering, inventory management, vendor relationships, and financial planning. You will collaborate across teams while improving operational processes and supporting technology across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hardware ordering and inventory levels for retail stores
Oversee IT equipment lifecycles across multiple locations
Maintain vendor relationships and govern vendor activities
Reconcile ServiceNow data with vendor inventory reports
Support budget awareness and cost control
Requirements:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience managing vendor relationships and operational processes
Ability to manage competing priorities
Support TJX Canada’s technology operations through hardware lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, vendor governance, and cost control.
