HSE Training Coordinator Automotive Manufacturing

Apply health and safety expertise as an HSE Training Coordinator with Marwood International, working onsite in Tillsonburg or Woodstock/Ingersoll. Build training and safety systems.
This daytime coordinator role supports Marwood’s automotive manufacturing operations. You will improve procedures aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, create training materials, and support incident investigations. The position also involves audits, industrial hygiene testing, WSIB claims, and return to work planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve management system procedures and forms
Create training materials for new procedures
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Coordinate meetings, minutes, agendas, and action tracking
Participate in safety audits and industrial hygiene testing
Requirements:
Occupational Health and Safety degree or diploma
One to three years’ health and safety experience
Manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and WSIB Regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Use communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to coordinate HSE training and workplace safety at Marwood plants.
