Fresh Food Operations Manager

Drive fresh food results with inventory management, merchandising, and hands-on leadership in Farm Boy’s Produce Department Manager position.
This key store leader supports the best fresh shopping experience through operational excellence and exceptional service. Working with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist, you’ll turn strategy into departmental results. You’ll oversee product quality, rotation, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, payroll, and shrink management while developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental operations and business deliverables
Maintain product quality, rotation, inventory, and item maintenance
Execute merchandising, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions
Participate in Manager on Duty opening and closing rotations
Ensure Safe Food Handling and Health and Safety compliance
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ progressive supervisory or management experience
Business-focused post-secondary program or equivalent education and experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and changing schedules
Experience with manual, automated, and computer software systems
English fluency; French language skills considered an asset
