Lead PENN. Penningtons store performance through team leadership, fashion merchandising, and exceptional customer experience. This permanent replacement role reports to the Regional Manager.
As Store Manager, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team within a culture of excellence and engagement. You will monitor key metrics, support brand growth, manage operations, and maintain presentation standards. The role combines recruitment, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and omnichannel customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
Manage recruitment, training, succession, and performance
Maintain inventory, compliance, procedures, and visual standards
Requirements:
Three or more years of team management experience
Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
Strong communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma and variable schedule flexibility
