Snow Removal Operations Supervisor

Coordinate snow removal operations at Skeena’s remote Eskay Creek Mine site using crew supervision and winter maintenance expertise. Work full-time on a 15 days on, 13 days off rotation.
As Supervisor, Snow Removal, you will report to the Manager, Construction and oversee daily site activities. Your work will maintain safe access roads, work areas, walkways, and infrastructure during winter conditions. The position requires supervisory leadership, equipment coordination, hazard assessment, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise snow removal across roads, work areas, and walkways
Assign tasks and ensure adequate workforce coverage
Conduct toolbox talks and communicate work plans
Coordinate equipment, tools, materials, and maintenance
Maintain records and report daily operational progress
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
BC Mine Supervisor ticket
At least five years of supervisory experience
Snow removal, mining, construction, or heavy industrial experience
Experience operating skid steers, Bobcats, and compact equipment
Bring winter maintenance, crew leadership, equipment operation, and safety expertise to Eskay Creek’s remote mining operations.
