Airport Security Training Representative

Lead airport security training at Vancouver International Airport, using coaching, assessments, and screening expertise in a permanent full-time position.
Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. is seeking a Screening Contractor Training Representative. You will train Screening Officers through PASS programs, software, systems, practical sessions, and refresher courses. The position supports certification maintenance, new procedures, orientation, and client training partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-the-job, refresher, security, and customer service training
Monitor tests and assessments throughout training programs
Supervise practical skill development sessions for screening personnel
Implement new procedures and support new hire orientation
Travel regionally to support airport training efforts
Requirements:
At least 12 months as a certified Screening Officer
Highest current airport X-ray technology certification
Required PBS RLP examination scores of 90%
Successful completion of PASS and CATSA qualification programs
Coaching, communication, flexibility, and customer service skills
