Parts Technician Inventory Procurement

Manage parts inventory and procurement on-site at Peace River Mine, supporting mobile equipment, generators, and maintenance operations. Source Energy Services seeks organized professionals with strong mechanical knowledge.
As a Parts Technician in Peace River, Alberta, you will handle daily stock activities for a heavy equipment or industrial process environment. The work includes identifying parts, maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries. You will support preventive and repair maintenance through close communication with the site maintenance mechanic.
Key Responsibilities:
Order parts for site mobile equipment and generators
Monitor orders, deliveries, and arrival dates
Maintain inventory at required levels
Request vendor quotes and evaluate purchasing options
Coordinate vendors and arrange parts pickups
Requirements:
Typically three or more years in a similar role
Heavy equipment or industrial process environment experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office working knowledge
Valid driver’s license
