LensCrafters Assistant Retail Manager

Lead LensCrafters retail performance through team leadership, sales execution, and customer-focused vision care support. This position works flexible nights and weekends.
The Assistant Manager supports or leads the Store Manager while acting as a business owner within the marketplace. You will maximize sales and profit, understand competitors, develop team members, and maintain relationships with doctors. The role also delivers performance metrics across conversion, traffic, profitability, continuity of care, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support store business plans to maximize sales and profitability
Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop teams
Provide clear, constructive, timely performance feedback
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Promote policy compliance and complete administrative duties
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent
At least one year managing or supervising direct reports
Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
Strong communication, listening, selling, and problem-solving skills
Strong basic math and English language skills
Bring retail leadership, sales expertise, and team development skills to LensCrafters’ vision care marketplace.
