Build trusted client relationships as an RBC Insurance Life, Health & Wealth Advisor in Montréal, using discovery and comprehensive advice. This full-time opportunity requires French fluency.
As a Financial Security Advisor, you will provide integrated life insurance planning to existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. You will advise on Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products while developing a new book of business. Salesforce, prospecting, networking, and compliant customer tools support your client work and sales accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover clients’ life events and changing insurance needs
Provide comprehensive life insurance and financial advice
Prospect, network, and develop a new business book
Deepen relationships using Salesforce and compliant electronic forms
Review results and adjust activities toward established targets
Requirements:
Two or more years of professional sales experience
Business development and prospecting skills with goal orientation
Life/A&S License or willingness to complete before starting
Existing referral network and approved centers of influence
French fluency, degree, digital literacy, license, and vehicle
Use client discovery, insurance expertise, and relationship management to grow RBC Insurance business as a Montréal Financial Security Advisor.
