This retail management role makes you the Store Team Leader’s go-to for merchandising execution. You will develop associates, maximize Salesfloor and Fitting Room productivity, and maintain guest-ready standards. The position combines business decisions, replenishment, recruiting, and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement store merchandising strategy
Train and coach associates on AEO Brand Standards
Execute floorsets, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
Analyze reporting and daily trends to drive KPIs
Maintain safety, Asset Protection, and operational standards
Requirements:

Previous retail management team leadership experience
Passion for AE and Aerie products
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management
Understanding of team development and employment law
Flexible availability when guests shop
Bring retail leadership, merchandising strategy, coaching, and business acumen to AEO’s Edmonton store team.
