Campus Evangelization Team Leader

Lead campus evangelization through Catholic Christian Outreach as a Campus Team Leader, guiding missionaries and strengthening relationships. This internal posting is open to current CCO staff.
The Campus Team Leader builds a multiplying movement by leading campus missionaries. Working under the Regional Manager, this position develops plans, manages finances, and supports regional development. The role requires proactive leadership, relationship building, and commitment to CCO’s mission within the Catholic Church.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management to the campus team
Plan and execute campus movement activities
Strengthen diocesan and campus chaplaincy relationships
Manage campus expense budgets and personal MPD
Develop and execute one year plans
Requirements:

Current CCO staff member eligible for internal posting
Minimum three years of campus experience is an asset
Proactive and self initiating approach to responsibilities
Ability to multiply leadership among staff and students
Baptized Catholic actively practicing and in good standing
Bring campus leadership, financial management, and evangelization experience to Catholic Christian Outreach’s missionary movement.
