Support Walmart pharmacy operations as a Staff Pharmacist, combining safe prescription workflow with patient counselling and pharmacy equipment operation.
This Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager across pharmacy operations and patient care. You will receive prescriptions and refill requests, use established workflow models, counsel patients, and maintain pharmaceutical product storage. The work also includes supporting operational hours, following Walmart standard operating procedures, and contributing to business action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy operations
Execute Walmart best ways and standard operating procedures
Operate pharmacy registers and computer systems
Maintain proper pharmaceutical product storage
Keep the pharmacy open during posted business hours
Requirements:
Hold a Pharmacist License
Be age sixteen or older
Follow provincial regulatory requirements and patient privacy standards
Accept prescriptions from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals
Support business action plan execution with the Pharmacy Manager
Bring licensed pharmacist expertise to Walmart’s Penticton operations through safe workflows, accurate processing, equipment use, and regulatory compliance.
