Product Marketing Team Lead

Coordinate product marketing priorities at PBS Systems while guiding dealer engagement, project communication, and team development. The Calgary, AB headquarters is the listed work location.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this Team Lead helps direct priorities, push goals, and coordinate projects. You will liaise across PBS departments, align development, marketing, sales, implementation, and deployments, and support people management. Product certification, dealership-process knowledge, training, and customer-facing communication support the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop project guidelines and development plans
Communicate project goals and timelines across departments
Coordinate development, marketing, sales, and deployments
Support team assignments and long-term goals
Train new hires and balance staffing ratios
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency required
Previous management experience preferred
Project Management experience is an asset
Ability to mentor others
Dealership experience is an asset
