This commission-based BMO role focuses on home financing solutions and customer advocacy. You will cultivate referral relationships, identify sales opportunities, and guide customers through mortgage applications. The position also requires regulatory awareness, collaboration with branch teams, and effective marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build referral networks generating mortgage originations
Identify sales, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
Guide customers through mortgage applications and processing
Deliver targeted marketing programs and promotions
Partner with branches to finalize mortgage documentation
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience typically
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth mortgage lending and regulatory knowledge
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
In-depth analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
