This full-time Front Store Manager position leads employees across store areas excluding Pharmacy, including cosmetics. You will support hiring, manage wages within SLPH guidelines, review performance, and motivate staff through Blue Culture and Core Values. The role also requires relationship building with internal and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support hiring across departments excluding Pharmacy
Maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines
Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews
Lead coaching, action planning, and follow-up
Drive Blue Culture and motivate staff
Requirements:
Minimum five years of retail management experience
Demonstrated ability to drive business and lead by example
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external agencies
Superior coaching and communication abilities
Openness and responsiveness to changing initiatives
