This Heavy Civil Operator position focuses on operating multiple machines across road, bridge, utility, and site development work. Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment for excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation
Interpret construction drawings, grade sheets, and grade personnel signals
Monitor site conditions near utilities, personnel, and obstacles
Minimize equipment wear, material waste, and environmental impact
Assist with general construction activities when required
Requirements:
Experience operating heavy equipment in construction environments
Knowledge of machine capabilities and operating limitations
Ability to follow drawings and instructions accurately
Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying conditions
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
