As Paid Media Manager, Roofing, you manage campaigns for contractors operating across several markets. You make targeting, budget, bidding, and testing decisions across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You also explain performance narratives to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
Build client roadmaps and explain performance numbers
Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
Requirements:
Three or more years hands-on Google Ads experience
Three or more years hands-on Meta campaign experience
Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Bring paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and client leadership to roofing accounts at Blacksmith Agency.
