Deliver hospital-based client care in Toronto through safe mobility support, after-care procedures, and attentive monitoring. Fixed availability is highly preferred.
C-Care is seeking Personal Support Workers for hospital and home settings across Toronto. In hospitals, you will follow facility instructions, assist staff, support transportation, and help clients move safely. You will monitor post-operative and post-procedural complications and perform after-care procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care according to hospital instructions and directives
Assist facility staff as necessary
Book transportation and support safe client arrivals
Assist standing, walking, and other movements
Monitor complications and perform required after-care procedures
Requirements:
Personal Support Worker diploma from an accredited institution
NACC certificate for private career college credentials
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid Mask Fit certificate
Ability to take direction from hospital professionals
Use hospital care, safe movement, transportation coordination, and monitoring skills while supporting C-Care clients in Toronto.
