Remote Auto Claims Representative

Support Allstate customers remotely by taking first notice of loss reports and explaining claim processes for non-complex auto and property claims.
As a Claims Service Representative, you will answer customer questions, update claim information, and provide general process guidance. You will contact customers and claim-related third parties while meeting quality and process standards. The role also includes clerical work, correspondence, and claim-file administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property files
Explain basic claim processes and provide general information
Answer questions about policies, processes, and next steps
Update claim information and obtain necessary file details
Schedule inspections or arrange mitigation services when needed
Requirements:

At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Strong oral and written communication competency
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and high volumes
Bring customer service, bilingual communication, and claims support skills to Allstate's remote Express Claim Center team.
