Key Responsibilities:

Coach colleagues and provide high quality instruction
Support sales and merchandising plan implementation
Assist loss prevention strategies and investigations
Deliver department sales budgets and goals
Requirements:
Two years of retail management and customer service experience
Strong leadership skills and positive personality
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and various shifts
Ability to adapt as priorities change
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Bring retail leadership, customer service, merchandising, and coaching skills to support JYSK Canada’s store management team.
