Home Care Personal Support Worker

Deliver home care as a Personal Support Worker, providing personal care, nutritious meals, and companionship throughout patients’ daily routines.
As part of ParaMed’s home and community care team, you will support patients in their homes and community settings. You will assist with essential daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, peri-care, and oral care. You will also prepare meals according to care plans, complete basic housekeeping, and provide companionship. Reliability, flexibility, and compassion are central to this part time position.
Key Responsibilities:

Support patients with activities of daily living
Provide bathing, toileting, peri-care, and personal care
Prepare meals and snacks for special diets
Perform basic housekeeping within patients’ residences
Offer companionship and encourage patient independence
Requirements:

Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Ability to demonstrate compassion during patient interactions
Reliable and flexible approach to care
Passion for making a community difference
Vehicle access and valid driver license required
Use your Personal Support Worker certification and compassionate care skills to help ParaMed patients live independently at home.
