The Insurance House Accounts Service Specialist manages a personal lines book with a strong service mindset. The position supports retention through responsive client communication, renewals, remarketing, quoting, endorsements, and policy changes. Collaboration spans internal teams, insurers, underwriters, and Producers.
Key Responsibilities:
Service a book of personal lines house accounts
Respond promptly to client requests and questions
Support retention through relationship management
Work closely with insurers and underwriters
Record accurate information in PowerBroker
Requirements:
Current RIBO license for Personal Lines CSR work
Two or more years’ brokerage personal lines experience
Experience handling renewals, remarketing, and servicing
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
Use your responsive service approach, relationship skills, and personal lines knowledge to manage house accounts accurately.
