As the Maison’s first impression, you will cultivate client relationships and deliver personalized service. You will support appointments, boutique information, communications, and established experience protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver white-glove welcomes for VIP clients and boutique guests
Confirm appointments and escort clients to Sales Associates
Coordinate arrivals and manage showroom traffic flow
Answer calls, emails, and chats professionally
Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
Requirements:
Minimum one year in luxury or high-touch client environments
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Professional, polished, and confident presentation
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational skills
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
