The Adult Hockey League Convenor oversees Iroquois Park Sports Centre leagues. You will coordinate registrations, schedules, officials, timekeepers, games, statistics, standings, and customer service. The position supports exhibition, regular season, playoff, and tournament activities while applying league rules consistently.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate team and individual registration requirements
Maintain rosters and required participant documentation
Schedule and monitor league games
Prepare and collect game sheets nightly
Complete player statistics and team standings
Requirements:

Successful completion of grade 12
Minimum one year of directly related experience
Microsoft Office and well-developed keyboarding skills
Knowledge of hockey rules and fundamentals
Valid vulnerable sector criminal record check
Bring hockey knowledge, administrative ability, and customer service skills to coordinate Whitby’s adult leagues at Iroquois Park Sports Centre.
