Coordinate resident care and lead unit activities as a casual Registered Nurse at Anson Place Care Centre in Hagersville. Flexible hours support scheduling needs and vacant shifts.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee resident-focused delivery while promoting the Home’s values, goals, and philosophy. The work includes care assessments, plan updates, physician orders, medication administration, and communication with families, health personnel, and substitute decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess health changes and report them to appropriate contacts
Complete RAI-MDS and other health care assessments
Process physician orders and administer treatments
Liaise with families, agencies, and health care personnel
Take charge of unit activities and the Home when required
Requirements:

Registered Nurse certificate of competence or equivalent Canadian registration
Basic CPR
Ability to work with interdisciplinary team members
Knowledge of RAI-MDS, with AIS certification required within one year
Three supervisory references and required screening documentation
Use assessment, coordination, leadership, and nursing communication skills to support individualized resident care at Anson Place Care Centre.
