This Retail Store Coordinator supports TJX Canada’s WINNERS store through visual merchandising and operational leadership. You will create eye-catching displays, guide merchandise presentation, and maintain service standards. The work also includes coordinating tasks, sharing updates, and developing Associates through collaboration and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Create eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas
Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy
Train Associates in merchandise presentation
Guide tasks and encourage team collaboration
Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
One to two years of retail or service experience
Understanding of customer needs and operational processes
Ability to adapt to new challenges
Effective teamwork and positive relationship-building
Strong communication and prioritization abilities
Use visual merchandising, customer service, collaboration, and communication skills to support WINNERS presentation and performance in Duncan.
