You will develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, present vehicles, and guide purchasing decisions. Prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers professionally and identify purchasing requirements
Maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Record interactions and opportunities in the approved CRM system
Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and arrange test drives
Promote inventory, events, and offers through approved channels
Requirements:
Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
Sound computer, digital, and social experience
Excellent listening and communication skills
OMVIC Certification preferred, but not required
Bring communication, prospecting, vehicle presentation, and relationship management skills to automotive sales at Brock Ford Sales.
