Serve TD customers in Montréal as a Personal Banking Associate, using financial guidance and digital banking education to support their needs.
At TD Canada Trust, this frontline position builds customer relationships through advice, service transactions, and banking solutions. You will understand customer needs, guide them to appropriate contacts, and support a positive branch experience. The role also involves resolving banking problems, promoting digital confidence, and supporting branch operations.
Responsabilités clés:
Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Identify needs and guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions for frontline staff
Complete business processes accurately and according to regulations
Exigences:
High School diploma or at least one year of relevant experience
Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Bring customer service, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to TD’s Montréal branch as a Personal Banking Associate.
