We're looking for a
Residential Cleaner
to join our Victoria team. This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule and the opportunity to help keep our residential rental properties clean, welcoming, and well cared for. What You'll Do:
Clean and maintain building common areas, including entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
Clean vacant suites to prepare them for incoming tenants.
Complete cleaning following maintenance and repair work.
Support seasonal upkeep, including light gardening, cleaning exterior entrances, snow removal, and salting pathways.
Interact courteously with tenants, address routine cleaning requests, and report concerns requiring management's attention.
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Work with on-site staff and maintenance personnel to maintain consistent cleanliness standards across the properties.

Ability to organize daily tasks, manage your time, and work independently.
A friendly, professional approach with tenants and colleagues.
