Provide personal care in Thorsby with CBI Home Health, supporting clients’ safety, independence, and dignity in congregate settings.
As a Health Care Aide, you will support clients in lodges and their homes. You will mobilize clients, assist with light exercises, and complete light housekeeping when care plans indicate it. Your responsibilities include observing, documenting, and reporting changes to your Manager or Supervisor. Client and family needs remain central to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care in clients’ homes and lodges
Support safe mobility and assist with light exercises
Observe, document, and report changes in condition
Perform light housekeeping according to care plans
Support client independence in congregate settings
Requirements:
Active Practice Permit in good standing with CLHA
Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening completed within six months
Proof of a negative TB test
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds
Bring reliable personal care, communication, and organizational skills to Health Care Aide work with CBI Home Health in Thorsby.
