Beauty Department Sales Manager
Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.
Drive beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart in Strathroy by using sales tracking tools and coaching staff. This is a full-time position.
As Beauty Manager, you manage department resources to maximize sales and achieve targets. You will provide thought leadership, solve problems, build relationships, and demonstrate personal leadership. The position works with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager while supporting customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
Develop effective techniques to maximize department sales
Track productivity objectives and communicate customer survey results
Book events and manage the annual event schedule
Requirements:
Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Previous experience leading a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
Bring beauty sales leadership, customer service, and staff coaching to Shoppers Drug Mart’s Strathroy department.
