3M seeks an Abrasives Sales Specialist for its Safety and Industrial Business Group Sales team. You will manage complex product lines, develop territory strategies, and support channel partners, end users, and key accounts. The position focuses on sales objectives and CRM execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and customer retention across a dynamic territory
Adjust sales strategies for market and competitive conditions
Introduce products and target specific industrial markets
Conduct customer calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
Collaborate cross-functionally and with 3M support networks
Requirements:
Completed post-secondary education verified before starting
Two years of sales experience in any stated environment
Current, valid driver's license
Industrial field sales or abrasives experience is helpful
CRM, presentation, and Microsoft Office experience is helpful
