Lead full-cycle accounting and reporting on-site within a high-occupancy hotel environment, using reconciliations and financial analysis to clarify performance.
Our client seeks a Senior Accountant for a high-occupancy, owner-influenced hotel operation. You will maintain accurate records, deliver monthly reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting. The position partners with senior leadership and operational teams while improving procedures, documentation, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle accounting across core hotel accounts
Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Reconcile revenue across PMS and payment channels
Prepare owner statements and reporting packages
Requirements:
Five-plus years of accounting experience
Strong month-end and reconciliation capability
Ability to work on-site in a hands-on role
Accounting software aptitude; hotel PMS experience advantageous
Trustworthy, detail-driven, and comfortable with confidential information
