As a Senior Commercial Lines CSR, you will work closely with producers across commercial insurance accounts. The position involves servicing mid-market to large clients and explaining policy details with knowledgeable guidance. Strong organization, communication, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills support accurate, relationship-focused account service.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with producers on commercial accounts
Service mid-market to large commercial insurance accounts

Requirements:
Five or more years of Commercial Lines brokerage servicing
Active RIBO license maintained in good standing
Commercial property, casualty, and auto insurance knowledge
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
Support producers and commercial clients through precise account servicing, policy guidance, and strong property, casualty, and auto knowledge.
