Senior FP&A Regulatory Reporting Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst supports Rogers Bank’s end-to-end financial stewardship across regulatory reporting, FP&A, controls, and planning. You will assist with filings, forecasts, and management reporting while strengthening compliance with evolving standards. Your analysis supports executive and Board-level decisions about profitability and capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with statutory and regulatory filings across reporting cycles
Maintain reporting documentation, controls, and regulatory alignment
Support budgets, forecasts, estimates, and expense reporting
Enhance multi-year models and long-range planning scenarios
Deliver executive and Board-level financial insights
Requirements:
CPA designation preferred
One to three-plus years of progressive finance experience
Financial services, banking, or credit card experience preferred
Understanding of risk, controls, and regulated finance
Advanced modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Bring regulatory reporting, FP&A, controls, and modeling expertise to Rogers Bank’s financial stewardship team in Toronto.
