The Application Development team needs a Technical Analyst to enhance Air Canada’s digital assets. You will maintain a 360-degree view of outcomes, data, integrations, orchestration, consumers, risks, and readiness. The position connects Product with approved requirements and delivery teams. Strong organization, communication, and technical understanding are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Own application functionality and maximize product reuse
Translate ambiguity into evidence-based functional specifications
Coordinate delivery dependencies and prioritize enabling work
Maintain functional documentation for teams and application consumers
Produce root cause analyses for functional application issues
Requirements:

Technical Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience
Two or more years with a bachelor’s degree
Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities
Ability to document solutions to complex problems
Experience with Agile methods and technical environments
Bring product ownership, functional documentation, and business-to-technology coordination to Air Canada’s evolving digital application portfolio.
