Senior Partner Rewards Specialist

Partner Rewards ownership meets advanced Excel analysis in this hybrid Toronto role with Manulife. Support Brokers, Advisors, and strategic business priorities.
As Senior Specialist, Partner Rewards and Strategic Initiatives, you will manage program administration, reporting, communications, and stakeholder requests. You will support executive reporting, Customer Experience initiatives, business reviews, product offsites, and transformation activities. The role connects Product, Sales, CX, Communications, Distribution, Technology, Operations, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Partner Rewards enrolment, onboarding, eligibility, membership, and fulfilment
Deliver sales tracking, production reporting, and program analytics
Prepare executive-ready presentations, business cases, and briefing materials
Coordinate UAT plans, test cases, defects, and launch readiness
Improve program systems, processes, controls, and stakeholder experience
Requirements:
Understand Advisor and Broker distribution within banking environments
Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
Communicate effectively across stakeholders and organizational levels
Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Bring three to five years supporting rewards or loyalty programs
Apply analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management strengths to Partner Rewards, executive reporting, and launches at Manulife.
