This Talent Acquisition Specialist manages hiring across industrial manufacturing and cyclotron equipment businesses. You will recruit skilled trades, engineers, physicists, control technologists, and cyclotron specialists. The mandate combines volume hiring with passive candidate pipeline development for ACSI’s 44-hire Surrey expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across Ebco Industries and ACSI
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Build talent pools for recurring and anticipated roles
Coordinate screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and references
Track recruiting metrics, candidate data, and sourcing channels
Requirements:
Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Success filling trades, industrial, technical, or professional roles
Proven passive candidate sourcing and direct outreach experience
Required proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
