Retail District Manager Lammle's

Lead Lammle’s retail districts through sales, customer service, and team development while championing traditional western values. The role requires multi-unit leadership.
As District Manager, you will establish goals aligned with Lammle’s business strategy and manage daily district operations. You will coach store managers, support performance expectations, and strengthen profitability through KPI communication. The position also includes recruitment, training, policy compliance, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach, motivate, and develop store managers and staff
Manage district operations and support profitable performance
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and future leader development
Ensure policies, training standards, and programs are followed
Maintain customer service, inventory, displays, and promotions
Requirements:
Three to five years of multi-unit management experience
Three to five years leading retail apparel teams
Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
Bring retail leadership, KPI awareness, and customer service expertise to develop Lammle’s stores and high-performing teams.
