Learning Management Systems Coordinator BPA
BPA
Support BPA’s learning programs as an Operational Excellence Coordinator, specializing in LMS administration, training partnerships, and bilingual communications. Work across corporate teams and programs.
You will act as the subject-matter expert for the learning management system while coordinating initiatives that expand training and development. The position supports UniversiT, mentorship, external partnerships, and technical training programs. It also requires collaboration with Talent, Communications-Marketing, corporate services, leadership, and Operational Excellence entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure learning paths and optimize LMS platform use
Support users and maintain learning management system activities
Build external partnerships for technical training development
Coordinate promotion of UniversiT and mentorship programs
Track schedules, dependencies, processes, and initiative outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or related field
Three to five years of relevant experience
Excellent French and English communication skills
Comfort using Copilot and artificial intelligence agents
Initiative, autonomy, collaboration, and effective priority management
Use LMS expertise, training coordination, and partnership development to strengthen BPA’s learning initiatives and operational excellence programs.
